- You are the cardholder or an authorized user of the card.
- You approve the charges associated with your travel booking.
- You understand that all payments are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers, including cancellation policies, change fees, and refund rules.
- You understand that The Traveling Passport is acting as an agent on your behalf to facilitate these transactions and is not the merchant of record.
You acknowledge that once payment is processed, any disputes or chargebacks must be addressed directly with the supplier in accordance with their policies.
