You’ve experienced the difference of working with a travel advisor who plans every trip with care, attention to detail, and personal service. Now, when you share that experience with friends and family, you’ll both be rewarded.

What You’ll Earn

When someone you refer books a qualifying trip of $2,500 or more:

Referral Milestone Bonus:
After 5 of your referred clients complete their trips, you’ll receive a complimentary excursion or private transfer on your next trip—based on the total value of the travel booked by your referrals.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility:
    • Referrers must be established clients of Adventure Travel & Cruising.
    • New clients must be first-time clients and must mention the referrer at the time of inquiry or booking.
    • Referrals submitted after the booking is made do not qualify.
  2. Reward Criteria:
    • The referred trip must have a total pre-tax value of $2,500 or more to qualify.
    • Airfare is only included in the trip value if it is booked as part of a package with a hotel or cruise.
    • Service fees are excluded from the total trip price when determining eligibility for referral rewards.
    • The final reward tier is based on the qualified trip cost before tax and excluding service fees.
  3. Credit Issuance:
    • Travel credits are awarded after the referred client completes travel.
    • Credits are valid for 24 months from the date of issue and may be applied toward any new booking.
    • Credits are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.
  4. New Client Perks:
    • New clients receive a $50 credit toward their first booking.
    • They will also receive a complimentary in-travel gift, selected by Adventure Travel & Cruising based on the cost and nature of their trip.
  5. Referral Milestone Bonus:
    • After 5 successful referred clients complete travel, the referrer will receive a complimentary excursion or private transfer on their next trip.
    • The bonus experience will be chosen based on destination and total value of referred bookings.
  6. Program Details:
    • This program is effective beginning June 19, 2025.
    • There is no limit to the number of referrals or total rewards a client may earn.
    • Adventure Travel & Cruising reserves the right to modify or cancel the program at any time without notice.
